Kanwar Yatra 2025 Update – पुलिस की सख्ती और Crowd Management के नए अध्याय
UP में Kanwar Yatra 2025 शुरू होते ही प्रशासन ने पूरा सुरक्षा तंत्र एकदम tight कर दिया है—यह कोई holiday-style religious procession नहीं बल्कि high-tech monitored, अत्याधुनिक crowd-management वाले मिशन जैसा चल रहा है, जहाँ हर मोड़, हर अभियन्ता, हर food camp और हर pilgrim safe रहे, इस एकमात्र लक्ष्य के लिए व्यवस्था की गई है।
इस Yatra की रोड पर 66,000+ पुलिसकर्मी, 50 से ज़्यादा CAPF कंपनियाँ, RAF, QRT, और Anti-Terror Squad deployed हैं, साथ ही 587 Gazetted Officers, 2,040 Inspectors, 13,520 Sub-Inspectors, 39,965 Head Constables/Constables और 10,000+ महिला पुलिसकर्मियों शामिल—एक इमर्सिव security network जो Kumbh और Ram Temple inauguration जैसे बड़े आयोजनों की तरह तैयार किया गया है ।
Technology has taken the lead—29,000+ CCTV cameras along the route, 395 high-tech drones (including anti-drone, tethered drones), और AI-enabled surveillance systems deployed हैं, जो real-time monitoring करके किसी भी अफवाह, densely packed crowd या stampede situation को तुरंत detect कर alerts भेजते हैं ।
Meerut-zone खास focus में है — Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Hapur और Bulandshahr में 11,000+ AI-powered CCTV कैमरे, social media control room, और real-time crowd behaviour tracking setup है जिससे AI alerts के ज़रिए किसी भी अग्रिम खतरे का अटैक early हो सके । Meerut-range की boundary को 57 zones, 155 sectors में बाँटा गया है और लगभग 11,000 पुलिसकर्मी plus PAC battalions & CAPF companies तैनात किए गए हैं ।
Traffic management भी बहुत खासी है—Delhi-Meerut Expressway को July 19-23, 2025 तक पूरे तरह बंद कर दिया गया है, सिर्फ Kanwariyas को समर्पित रखा गया, और heavy vehicles पर July 11-23 तक ban लगाया गया है। alternative routes NH-9 और Eastern Peripheral Expressway से heavy vehicles diverted किए गए, और Meerut-Hapur-Ghaziabad के बीच light vehicles भी अन्य रूट्स से चलने को कहा गया है। ~600 traffic personnel और 1,500 CCTV cameras इस ट्रैफिक को smooth चलाने के लिए deployed हैं ।
Security मे महिलाएं भी front-line पे हैं—लगभग 10,000+ महिला पुलिसकर्मी, 1,486 महिला Sub-Inspectors, और 8,541 महिला Constables deployed हैं। Meerut में 3,200 महिला पुलिसकर्मी तैनात हैं, और महिला-devotees को dedicated help desks और counselling booths दिए गए हैं। यह model पूरे Yatra में महिलाओं की safety और respect को बढ़ावा देता है ।
Administration ने trishul, hockey sticks जैसे offensive items को Kanwariyas द्वारा ले जाने पर कड़ा प्रतिबंध लगाया है ताकि हिंसा की आशंका को कम किया जा सके । इसी तरह, Muzaffarnagar में सभी staff और volunteers के लिए आई-कार्ड अनिवार्य कर दिए गए हैं और CCTV निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है, अफवाह फैलाने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दी गई है ।
साथ ही UP पुलिस ने बताया कि 45,000+ थानेवार पुलिसकर्मी घाटों और शिविरों में तैनात किए गए हैं, traffic control पर खास ध्यान, और social-media monitoring के जरिये fake news को रोकने की कोशिश की जा रही है । यह सब मिलकर एक tech-driven, people-centric policing मॉडल को दर्शाता है, inspired by Maha Kumbh standards ।
