राज्य आंदोलनकारियों का फूटा आक्रोश, डीएम कार्यालय का किया घेराव
State Agitator : प्रदेशभर के सैकड़ों राज्य आंदोलनकारियों ने राज्यधीन सेवाओं में 10 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण की बहाली और साल 2012 से लंबित पड़े प्रदेश के तमाम राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के चिन्हीकरण जैसी मांगों को लेकर जिलाधिकारी देहरादून के कार्यालय का घेराव किया है। बता दें कि राज्य आंदोलनकारियों ने अपनी मांगों से जुड़ा एक ज्ञापन एडीएम प्रशासन एस.के. बर्नवाल को सौंपा।
गौरतलब है कि पिछले माह के धरने में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच ने जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के घेराव की घोषणा की थी इसलिए तयशुदा कार्यक्रम के तहत राज्य आंदोलनकारी सयुंक्त मंच ने चिन्हीकरण क़े लम्बित मामलों के जल्द समाधान के लिए शासन प्रशासन का विरोध कर राज्य सरकार के खिलाफ हल्ला बोला है।
राज्यआंदोलनकारियों की मानें तो इनके चिन्हीकरण के लिए 31 दिसम्बर 2021 को एक शासनादेश जारी किया गया था जिसमें सभी आंदोलनकारियों को प्रार्थना पत्र जमा करने के लिए कहा गया था ताकि इनको सूची में शामिल किया जा सके पर अफसोस आज भी सेंकड़ों नाम की लिस्ट महज़ फाइलों तक सिमट कर रह गई हैं और तो और इनमें से कई राज्यआंदोलनकारी दिवंगत भी हो चुके हैं ऐसे में सूचि में शामिल होना तो दूर बल्कि अफसोस ये है कि इनमें से कई राज्य आंदोलनकारियों की कई महीनों से पेंशन तक भी नहीं आई है। राज्यआंदोलनकारी मंच ने आक्रोश भरे लहजे में शासन प्रशासन को चेतवानी देते हुए कहा कि अगर उनकी मांगों पर जल्द एक्शन नहीं लिया जाता तो जल्द ही जिलाधिकारी के आवास का घेराव करेंगे साथ ही सत्तासीन पार्टी भाजपा की ईंट से ईंट बजाने का काम भी करेंगे।
राज्यधीन सेवाओं में राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के 10 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण की बहाली और चिन्हीकरण से जुड़े मसलों पर सत्तापक्ष पार्टी भाजपा ने शासन और सरकार डिफेंस किया है तो वहीं इस पूरे मामले पर मुख्यविपक्षी दल कांग्रेस ने शासन और सरकार को जमकर खरी खोटी सुनाई है।

According to the state agitators, a mandate was issued on December 31, 2021, for their identification, in which all the agitators were asked to submit applications so that they could be included in the list, but alas, even today the list of hundreds of names is only in the files. Many of these state agitators have also passed away, in such a situation, it is far from being included in the list, but it is a matter of regret that many of these state agitators have not even received their pension for many months. In an angry tone, the Rajya Andolankari Manch warned the administration that if action is not taken soon on their demands, they would soon gherao the residence of the District Magistrate, as well as fight the ruling party BJP brick by brick.
The ruling party BJP has defended the government and the government on the issues related to the restoration and identification of 10 percent horizontal reservation for state agitators in state services, while the main opposition party Congress has strongly criticized the government and the government on this whole matter.
